All their friends had babies and children!

"The doctor said that our bodies are made from tiny cells - rather like building blocks:

They are so small they need a microscope to see them.
Inside each cell is a special place called the nucleus - its coloured blue. It's where all the instructions for each cell is kept - it's the boss!
Each cell has a job to do - Some cells make teeth, and hair, skin and blood:
Other cells make bones, or send messages to make us do things very quickly, like running, jumping, talking and singing; and some cells send chemical messages around the body to do things more slowly.
There are millions and millions of different kinds of cells in our bodies.
And some cells make babies.
But that doesn't always work and we needed some help:
so the doctor sent us to a special hospital.

In that hospital were lots of nurse, doctors and scientists
who knew a lot about how babies are made;
they examined us very carefully and said they would try and help us.
